Have you ever prayed and had God answer, immediate and undeniably?
Today, planting, something happened to the planter. I don’t know what it was, but for first and only time in the years I’ve used it, hydraulics on its frame went haywire. It did not follow control commands. The hydraulic cylinders did not respond together and worked against and counter to each other.
Multiple times, I shut down the tractor and tried to start again, hoping it would change. Multiple times, I cycled the controls trying to get cylinders and movements paired. Multiple times—it failed.
Near to broken down, and planter disarrayed in immovable way, I turned the tractor off again and prayed to God he’d make it work.
Engine’s start again, I tried another time. Wing tire rams worked with the main frame as they hadn’t done before—better than it’s been—but when I sought to fold the planter and raise wing wheels, one set still wouldn’t rise.
I unfolded planter once again, killed motor and prayed a prayer once more.
I tried again. All worked normal and perfect, as if the strangeness never happened.
It was a miracle of kind.
You may scoff, but nothing worked before I prayed and afterward—it did, directly as I asked, second prayer needed for refining repetition of trouble and prayer for aid.
You may think what you want, and so will I: answered prayer, God and miracle to me.
