DANGEROUS MEN

“Read the eyes,” he spoke.  “Trust the eyes.  They say what words cannot.  In them, you see depth in soul and, in some, only an empty vessel.  Exploiters of the world raise high empty vessels.  Empty vessels are not a threat to those who help them rise, and, in their emptiness, such vessels drain and rob from the glory and power in other stronger souls.  This is the purpose—to make others low.

Strong souls are threats to weak men, and weak men are the most intolerant in wielding power.  Aware and ashamed of their own weakness beneath bequeathed titles of the world, they are harsh, targeting and abusive of potential threats because such souls know—should they ever be found out—they will never hold power again.  For this, the weak are cruel.

Eyes of depth, these are the strong men, men  who are neither broken nor emptied by the world; but retain their soul and will exudant from their sight.

Strong men don’t abuse.  They don’t coerce.  Strong men know their power is not contingent on making others low, and that Mankind is raised in emboldening others to be made aware of their own innate power in will and soul—not in the collectivization of strength into hollow souls that will never be filled—even attaining all the world.”

He paused, looking and thinking on the world around.

“Read the eyes,” he spoke again.  “When the eyes are empty, so is the man…Pretty smiles, pretty words, but empty eyes…These are the dangerous men; destroyers of our living world.”
