ALL DAY

She held him stronger, bracing full in the force, stomach flexed and forward curled as she stayed wide, breathing in full-drain empty through speed and the strengthening, rose of her skin in force and friction and energy’s meet; open of her lips, soft sound in her breath; heat of the sun on back; dizzied and focused, weak and strong, then free of the love-pulsed spill; still strong in her hold, he weakening in, and by his, her own falling-begin; stabled in his holding, island-face behind—aware of more than love returned; love-keeping in their eyes; spirits in bliss.

Slow quiet of morning, yellow light in the room, all day to love and be.
