What if all our modern mystics are medicated and that’s why we don’t hear God? What if transcendence, communion with supernal, is cast as condition and we killed all our mediums for messagings from God?
Then, as is the nature of evil, a good and truth is turned on its head. Transcendence, Revelation, Epiphany—all are still possible! But through drugs, not spirit; by chemistry, not Communion; a farce of experience in forsake of the rare, but sublime, true.
What if science, as new religion, must kill the old and—as man is made in the image of God—this includes man himself: mind, body, and soul?
What need is there for man if there is no reason for his labor—no toil, tribulations, no purpose; no God, no Creation (though we—as collective post-moderns—struggle with this as Creation is all around despite nihilism’s effort to dimune, unable to outright dismiss); no purpose?
“The Kingdom of God is within you.”
The elimination of man—where Kingdom of God resides—this is the end state of evil.
