LOVE-BEING

It was just the way it happened: strip and spread pulse of wave in morning passion-take; her flicker of tongue through kept closed eyes, arms in tight wrap of his neck, chests strong in match of press, her legs around his sides; low sweep of his hands, strong hold in raise; flicker-tongue to deeper, stronger, furtive kiss as he bounced her in raised stand; kiss’ fall away back into flicker, speeding in dance through weaken of open-lipped press; keeping in stand, keeping in way, her body bounced and held through flicker’s say; carried and led then low to bed, hands press to board in brace, arc of body, chest’s high press and risen ends full in swell and show; stronger; break from kiss as bodies changed in match and lie for more; absorbing every shock and force as flicker failed in fall into flutter of body and soul; light ray through window after, its glow upon love-made openness, cast of beam in light of motes, like souls then, suspended in a state; his body’s fall and weight upon, restore of a love-made peace; resting—love-being in the morning light.
